Meet the experienced team behind Asset Worx. Our key personnel bring decades of expertise in infrastructure management, timber structures and maintenance operations across Western Australia’s public and private sectors.
Greg Duff
Greg is responsible for leading the new Asset Worx division. He is a senior executive leader with over 25 years’ experience in manufacturing and mining service & maintenance, specialising in conveyor systems, structural softwood and hardwood processing, engineering design and product development.
Greg is passionate about developing and driving strategic growth, leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve safety, operational, quality, and profitability objectives. He is also experienced in the introduction of innovative technology and statistical measures for improving the sustainability and reliability of natural resources.
Lathan Lucas
Lathan Lucas brings 15 years of expertise in technical sales, procurement, and project management, with a solid trade background. His work spans steel and poly fabrication, pumping stations, piping, design, and construction. Lathan is proficient with ISO 45001, ISO 18001, and ISO 14001 standards.
His key clients have included local governments, water corporations, and mining companies, showcasing his ability to manage complex projects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Mark Wood
Mark brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in civil and structural construction, with a strong track record in site supervision, safety leadership, and project delivery.
A qualified carpenter, Mark has specialised in recent years with major infrastructure and industrial site concrete projects across WA. This includes ground-up foundation and construction, tilt-up concrete panel, culverts and drainage. This expertise has strengthened Asset Worx’ capability to deliver multi-material solutions. Mark is passionate about leading field teams, maintaining high standards, and fostering a strong safety culture on every site.
Julie Kinninmont
With over a decade’s experience in bookkeeping, Julie manages finances (and generally keeps the wheels turning) at Asset Worx.
Often referred to as “the voice of reason”, Julie works as part of the senior management team to shape business decisions and lend guidance along the way.
Ian Meachem
Ian founded Timber Insight in 2013 to champion sustainable construction through timber. Under his leadership, the business has expanded into a broad service set of asset inspection, maintenance, and construction now encompassed under the Asset Worx brand. Ian also oversees a group of companies, including CPD, employing over 110 staff across Perth and the Southwest.
A passionate advocate for sustainable building systems, Ian supports Asset Worx’s strategic growth and client service. He also founded Toby for Childhood Cancer, a unique charity where 100% of funds raised support life-changing outcomes for children with cancer in Western Australia.
