Ian Meachem

Managing Director

Ian founded Timber Insight in 2013 to champion sustainable construction through timber. Under his leadership, the business has expanded into a broad service set of asset inspection, maintenance, and construction now encompassed under the Asset Worx brand. Ian also oversees a group of companies, including CPD, employing over 110 staff across Perth and the Southwest.

A passionate advocate for sustainable building systems, Ian supports Asset Worx’s strategic growth and client service. He also founded Toby for Childhood Cancer, a unique charity where 100% of funds raised support life-changing outcomes for children with cancer in Western Australia.

Lathan Lucas

Estimator / Scheduler

Lathan Lucas brings 15 years of expertise in technical sales, procurement, and project management, with a solid trade background. His work spans steel and poly fabrication, pumping stations, piping, design, and construction. Lathan is proficient with ISO 45001, ISO 18001, and ISO 14001 standards.

His key clients have included local governments, water corporations, and mining companies, showcasing his ability to manage complex projects and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Julie Kinninmont

Finance Manager

With over a decade’s experience in bookkeeping, Julie manages finances (and generally keeps the wheels turning) at Asset Worx.
Often referred to as “the voice of reason”, Julie works as part of the senior management team to shape business decisions and lend guidance along the way.
